Co referring his artistic biography his career has received international recognition as one of the best designers in South Africa from 2003 until present leaving a mark and also being awarded as the designer of the year in 2009 for  Africa Awards in Johannesburg. His creative has dwell from one modern inspiration to another fitting the context of his elite with modern day woman and man whom are presented to fit modern day experiences .One thing Tlale shows  is embodied beauty of his craftsmanship designs from the finest color  fabric warmth and very exotic texture detail on  his models  illustrating  the authenticity of this factor as evolution to our cultural narration and appreciating this significant of globalization presence.
